2. Services
PaveLine Miami Gardens Concrete provides concrete construction services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, concrete repair, stamped concrete, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Miami Gardens, Florida.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on information provided by the client and site conditions visible at the time of assessment. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if the scope of work changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the written contract for each project. Generally, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. The Company accepts various payment methods as specified in the contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond the Company's control. The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timeframes but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Permits and Regulations
The Company will obtain necessary permits for work as required by local regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring property access and for any homeowner association approvals that may be required. The Company complies with all applicable building codes and regulations in Miami Gardens, Florida.
7. Warranty
The Company provides a warranty on workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. 8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, ensuring access to the work area, protecting personal property, and maintaining concrete surfaces according to provided care instructions. Clients must notify the Company of any concerns or issues promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun. The Company reserves the right to cancel projects if site conditions are unsafe or if clients fail to meet their contractual obligations.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami Gardens, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
